“Kikkoman Always Fresh Sashimi Raw Soy Sauce” is a raw soy sauce for sashimi that is made by using 100% whole soybeans and aging it in two stages without burning (heat treatment).
It features vibrant colors that make the best use of the ingredients, rich umami of super-specialty standards that enhance the taste of sashimi, and soft salty taste.
The container uses a double-structured “soft sealed bottle” that prevents the soy sauce from coming into contact with the air, and keeps the soy sauce fresh for 90 days after opening and storing it at room temperature. The soy sauce comes out when you push the bottle, and it stops when you put it back, so you can freely adjust the amount of soy sauce you pour from one drop to the amount you want, and it is easy to pour with one hand.
