SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Images found on this site are used for display purposes only. Actual products may differ from product images displayed.

If a product is unavailable in the delivery location, prior to delivering your order you will be contacted to select an alternative product or authorize TokyoStyle.com.au to substitute for a product that is in stock. Tokyo Style.com.au takes utmost care and attention to ensure that any substitutions are as similar as possible to the requested item.

Substitution Details
Where a products type or taste is unavailable within the given time frame of delivery, Tokyo Style.com.au will use types or colours that achieve the same overall taste, style and effect.

In arrangements of assorted Japanese grocery, the colours shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of Japanese grocery of greater value.

Incomplete order: orders placed with incomplete delivery information will be held until delivery information has been input. In the event that the delivery date selected is no longer available your order will be moved to the next available delivery date at the time that order was completed. Sorry incomplete orders cannot be refunded. We will fulfil the order on the next available delivery date or issue a store credit for a future purchase.

Our business hours are 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Monday to Friday.

ORDER INFORMATION CHANGES
Please double check all information in your order to ensure it is correct.

All the changes and updates to the order must be done within 3 hour of placing the order.

A $10 administration fee will apply for any changes and updates requested after this 3 hour period.

CANCELLATION
It may be possible to cancel your order, depending on time of cancellation request.
Cancellation fees will apply.

For cancellations requested within one (3) hour of placing the order, cancellation is at no charge.

For cancellations requested from one (3) hour after order is placed, up to thirty-six (36) hours prior to delivery date, a $25 cancellation fee will apply.

For cancellations requested with less than thirty-six (36) hours to delivery date, a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the product will apply.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations for any order that has already been prepared, or is already out with the courier for delivery.

All sales during peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) are final.

Note: We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by acts of God (weather conditions, storms, hurricanes, earth quakes, etc…) and no refunds will be issued for these reasons. The delivery will occur on the next possible delivery date.

REFUND POLICY
We understand the importance of on-time delivery, Japanese grocery and the happiness that they will bring.

If these options are not suitable and you want a full refund, we need to receive our product back to the address that Japanese products were delivered from within 7 days.

If you are our customer ,Please let us know your the order number, a photo of the products as delivered, and the nature of your concern. We will reply you within 7 business days of delivery of your mail and your order ASAP. Our trained customer care staff will review your information and respond to you within 48 hours.

Your continued use of this website after any amendment by Bloomex constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by these Terms, as amended.
