Kotobuki Confectionery is a manufacturer specializing in semi-namagashi that manufactures Monaka Momiji Manju and Dorayaki, which was founded in Shobara City, Hiroshima Prefecture in April 1945.
We use 100% Hokkaido azuki beans and are very particular about the ingredients, and we carefully manufacture each one.
