All three types of potatoes are of good quality from Hokkaido.The temperature difference between day and night is large, and the refreshing climate of Hokkaido grows delicious potatoes. Toyoshiro, Inca Awakening, and Kitamurasaki, which are the raw materials for “Jagapirika,” are all from Hokkaido.
